unexpected....to say the least...was it vitex or exercise?

My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant a little over 6 years. I was diagnosed with pcos about 5 years ago. Recently my husband & I started to exercise and eat better to lose weight in hopes of getting pregnant and to set a good example for our child.

I didn't want to try vitex and jump back into trying for a child until I got healthier. My weight loss journey was very hard also due to hypothyroidism, so I turned to a new diet supplement designed for women.......... Little did I know this diet pill contained vitex.........and so eight weeks later I'm pregnant. I'm not 100% sure it was because of that but at this point we are just so excited. I'm due May 15, 2008!
