This PCOS book works for me

by Flori Ratna Sari
(Jakarta)

I was diagnosed PCOS 13 years ago, with the elevation of my LH level. I suffered from infertility and through these years. I've tried many treatments, from the simple therapy, such as ovulation induction with the clomiphene, up to the sophisticated one, IVF.

I've experienced two failures in IVF and got desperate, until I read your e-book.

Through your book, I've found the basic mistake of my failure in conceiving. I tried hard to conceive, but I did not repair my PCOS body. I managed the hormonal imbalance with other hormone, making a vicious cycle of my polycystic ovary syndrome.

After reading your book, I applied 80% of your book. In the first year, I lost 10 kg, reaching my ideal body weight, restoring my irregular menstrual cycle (become every 2 months regularly).

In the second year, my menstrual cycle became regular as normal (every 30 days). In 2013, I got pregnant naturally and my baby boy was born in April 2014.

Thank you for the book, even though takes time to restore, the book really works for me.

Sincerely,
Flori Ratna Sari, MD, Ph.D
