Stay Positive about Conceiving...It Helps

I'm a lean PCOS case. I have always been lean but suffered from acne, excess hair growth, and terrible mood swings.
I was trying to conceive for over 1 year and a half to no avail (i.e., clomid, metformin, injectables, etc.). I would get very depressed and hopeless to the point I'd cry myself to sleep almost every night.
I always reverted to success stories to give me an inch of hope at least and said that I would post mine when the time came.
Well, here it is . . . I was in between fertility cycles waiting for the infamous first day of my period to start yet another clomid cycle. My period never came and I was told to take a pregnancy test.
As usual, I expected it to be negative but it came out positive. Apparently, I had spontaneous ovulation and conceived. It may have been a carryover effect from my previous injectable cycle (not sure). I am now 6 months pregnant with a baby girl and still in disbelief.
I just want to let you know that there is hope. I have been in your shoes and know how it feels to never expect light at the end of the tunnel but hang in there. You too will be posting a success story!!! Don't ever lose hope. Keep faith and it will happen. Best of luck to all.
