Lost My Son, My Research Led Me to this PCOS Book

I found this website and decided I didn't have anything to lose but the price of the book. I have started the recommended diet and I have lost 12 lbs already -- it's like it melted off my body. I am so happy, have so much energy, I sleep well. I want to eat good food all the time - it's crazy but this actually works.

I am 26 years old, married almost a year and have been dealing with PCOS for about 10 years. I have struggled with my weight for years. It would never come off, no matter what I did. The "pill" was always the answers from the doctors -- I saw doctor after doctor and the same answer every time!

I found out I was pregnant in July 2005 and it was the greatest news I have heard in my life, but sadly we lost our son after 7 months. I have read so much information on PCOS since losing our son. I am so amazed that the doctors are not informed enough on these issues. I decided to take matters into my own hands.

My results are really showing. In 1 week my mother noticed the weight loss and wanted to know what I was doing. I gave my mom the book. She read it. She told me that it was like reading a book on her -- everything that she had been going through in her life finally made sense to her. I had to buy her a book for her so she didn't steal mine! LOL

Thank you so much for everything!

You all have changed my life for the better and I hope that everyone keeps with it and the road only gets better from day 1.
