Exercise plan for PCOS

by Neha
(India)

Hello Gemma,

I am suffering from POCS since 4 years.
I am 25 yrs old and unmarried. My weight varies from 80 to 83 kgs.

I wish to lose 20 kgs by April, 2010. Could you please suggest me an exercise plan that I can follow in order to achive this.

Thanks a lot !
Neha.

Hello Neha

Firstly thank you for your question.

There is a fantastic method if you are a beginner in my book PCOez fitness that you can buy from this site.

But my main piece of advice is to really use my visualisation technique. See yourself 20kg slimmer in april and picture yourself moving around in your new clothes 20kg lighter.

My second piece of advice is keep moving. Change your lifestyle so that the fun parts of your life are being outside or having fun moving around. Be active and choose to play a game of say badminton instead of watching tv. Or start dancing, that is always a great way to loose fat.

But again, if you would like a structured program, you will find that in PCOez.

Good luck and keep in touch gemmamagnusson (at) gmail.com
