Best thing I ever did (PCOS diet)

by Tanya
(Calgary,canada)

I was dieting previously only to put weight back on.

We decided to try for pregnancy so I searched the internet for anything that might help.

I purchased your book.

It's been 6 months and I am down 36 pounds, went from a size 16 to a size 8.

Most of my symptoms disappeared. I feel better and have more energy.

I am always satisfied, never craving. I don't even have the thought of eating anything bad even when everyone else is and the smells don't even appeal to me.

Every Sunday I make a batch of soup for lunch that week and sometimes make two so I can freeze some in case there is no time.

So far no pregnancy however I now have almost normal cycles where at one time there were no cycles.

If anything I am a happier, healthier person.

The best thing I ever did was buy this book.

Editor's note: We're excited that you are having success with your healthy diet! And above all, that you're happier and healthier.

By the way, healthy soups are a great way to lose weight while maintaining good nutrition.

PS: The book Tanya is referring to is The Natural Diet Solution for PCOS and Infertility. It is currently only available as an ebhook.
