An amazing difference in mood and weight
I want to express how thankful I am for this book! It is literally an answer to prayer for me.
After trying everything (I mean EVERYTHING) to lose weight for over five years (and continuing to gain and gain during the process) and talking to multiple doctors, I had no success.
Now, FINALLY I have the answers. After being on the PCOS diet for 65 days, I have lost 24 pounds and am still going.
I also had no idea how much PCOS was affecting my overall mood. After just two weeks on the diet, I felt a difference. I now have more patience, less PMS, more energy, no longer struggle with feelings of depression, little to no carb cravings, am rarely hungry, and feel like I different person...it is unreal.
