An amazing difference in mood and weight

by Tracie
(Longwood, FL)

I want to express how thankful I am for this book! It is literally an answer to prayer for me.

After trying everything (I mean EVERYTHING) to lose weight for over five years (and continuing to gain and gain during the process) and talking to multiple doctors, I had no success.

Now, FINALLY I have the answers. After being on the PCOS diet for 65 days, I have lost 24 pounds and am still going.

I also had no idea how much PCOS was affecting my overall mood. After just two weeks on the diet, I felt a difference. I now have more patience, less PMS, more energy, no longer struggle with feelings of depression, little to no carb cravings, am rarely hungry, and feel like I different is unreal.

Thank YOU so much for the invaluable information contained in your book. I have told numerous people about it and am so passionate; I could go on book tours with you. :) Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Editor's note: The book Tracie is referring to is "The Natural Diet Solution for PCOS and Infertility" by Dr. Nancy Dunne and Bill Slater. More information is available at this web page:

Eating the right foods can not only help a person lose a lot of fat weight, but it also has the effect of normalizing your hormone. The hormone normalization reduces the symptoms of polycystic ovary syndrome, including mood problems such as depression and anxiety.
